Mac Freedom Women's and Men's Championships
The DeSales Men's and Women's Basketball Teams both reached the Mac Freedom Championships with both games being hosted at Billera Hall on Saturday. The doubleheader championship action started off as the number one seeded DeSales Women's team took the court against second seeded Misericordia. DeSales Women's Team was seeking its seventh Mac Freedom Title in program history. While for the DeSales Men's team they entered the Championship game as the number one seed and took on second seeded Wilkes. The Men's team was looking to capture its fourth Mac Freedom Title.
Lehigh Valley Small College Basketball Luncheon
Last week DeSales University hosted the final Small College Luncheon of this season in which athletes from both Men's and Woman's teams from around the Lehigh Valley were honored for Team of the Year and Player of the Year Awards.
Susquehanna vs. Moravian- NCAA Women's Basketball Recap
A Landmark Conference showdown took place Wednesday night at Johnston Hall between Susquehanna and Moravian. The Greyhounds entered this matchup winners in 5 out of their last 7 games, and a win for the Greyhounds would lock up a playoff spot in the Landmark Conference Tournament.
Drew vs. Moravian- NCAA Men's Basketball Recap
A Landmark Conference matchup took place Wednesday night at Johnston Hall between Drew University and Moravian. These two teams met earlier in the season in a matchup Drew won by four points. Entering this showdown Drew was the leader of the Landmark Conference standings, while Moravian was just one game out of first place and a win for the Greyhounds would make it a tie at the top of the standings.
Lehigh vs. Lafayette- NCAA Men's Basketball Recap
The Historic Rivalry of Lehigh and Lafayette continued Wednesday night as the two teams met on the hardcourt. These two teams met earlier in the month in a game that Lehigh won by only three points, and Wednesday nights matchup would take overtime to decide a winner.
Muhlenberg Basketball Dream to Read
Each year players from the Muhlenberg Men's and Woman's Basketball Team come together for their Dream to Read event at Jefferson Elementary School in Allentown. The Athletes spend the day reading impactful books to the Students of Jefferson in hopes of spreading a positive message.

Lafayette vs. Lehigh- NCAA Men's Basketball Recap
An Historic Rivalry continued Wednesday night between the Lafayette Leopards and the Lehigh Mountain Hawks at Stabler Arena. Both teams looking to get back into the win column after suffering a loss in their last matchup. Lehigh was looking to win it's seventh straight game in the rivalry series against Lafayette.
Lehigh Men's Basketball- Nic Lynch Feature
The Lehigh Men's Basketball Team is off to a successful start this season with contributions coming from every spot on their roster. One of which is Freshman Center Nic Lynch, an ESPN Top 300 Ranked Recruit from Seattle, Washington who has traveled the country to play College Basketball at Lehigh University.

Moravian vs. Kings (PA) College- College Football Recap
After a disappointing 2-8 season, the Moravian Greyhounds would open the 2018 season against Kings College. Last years season opener also against Kings College would end in a loss for Moravian after a last second field goal. This season Moravian would look to settle the score.

Lehigh University Football Championship Camp
Hundreds of high school football prospects looking to continue playing at the collegiate level, visited Goodman Campus to go through a combine-like type of camp for a number of college coaches. The camp is run by the Lehigh staff but college coaches locally and regionally came to evaluate players and further them in their recruiting process.

DeSales University Soccer Camp
DeSales University hosted their annual soccer summer camp to a wide range of kids, both boys and girls. At the camp the kids were taught the importance of fundamentals and footwork with an emphasis on having fun with lunch time, World Cup trivia.
Lehigh University Wrestling Camp
There is always plenty of activity going on at Lehigh University's Goodman Campus, especially during the summer time. This week Lehigh wrestling would host a camp for kids of all ages and skill levels. The goal was not only to teach the younger kids the important fundamentals, but also for the college kids to give back to their community.
Tap the Rock - Ripples in the Pond
There was recently a special film screening in Bethlehem about the story of a certain Villanova football team. An idea started by former Wildcat and Philadelphia Eagle, Brian Westbrook to highlight his alma mater and the rich history of the team. Something only made possible after Westbrook would approach his former teammate and movie director, Hezekiah Lewis III, about this idea.
Lehigh's Kevin Cassese to be in US Lacrosse Hall of Fame
Kevin Cassese is now in his 11th season at Lehigh University as the men's lacrosse head coach where he would get the program to where it is today. With all the accolades he's had, Cassese will now join his counterpart, Jill Redfern, as he will be inducted into the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
Lehigh vs. Holy Cross in Patriot League Quarterfinal
The Lehigh women's lacrosse team is on a roll and no better a time to have momentum like that than before heading into the Patriot League Quarterfinal. Lehigh beat Holy Cross earlier this season but this game would not go as smoothly.
Moravian Baseball's Record Breaking Night
The Moravian baseball team is also having a lot of success this season, they have won 3 consecutive games heading into their matchup against Albright. Not only were they looking for their 4th straight win, but the game would also have an interesting sidebar, with three Moravian juniors on the verge of getting 100 career hits.
Moravian Softball's John Byrne in 800th Career Win
Moravian softball is ranked 13th in the country in their Division and have been playing some really good softball. They have won 11 games in a row before this game against DeSales where they would look to capture win number 12 as well as another special win for their head coach.

Former Northampton high school and Bucknell University softball pitcher, Alex Mclean, graduated as one of the all time leaders in strikeouts and would turn her passions for the game into a career. New Head Volleyball Coaches at Lehigh & Muhlenberg
After 8 years with the Muhlenberg women's volleyball team, head coach Alexa Keckler will be moving on to a new gym: Grace Hall of Lehigh University. Who better to continue the legacy Keckler left behind at Muhlenberg, than a former player of hers, Amanda Krampf. Krampf is excited to follow her former coach's footsteps and Keckler believes the program and her girls are left in great hands.

Lehigh Wrestler Darian Cruz Goes for Another National Title
The last time a Lehigh wrestler earned the number 1 seed heading into the NCAA Tournament was 7 years ago. That was Zach Rey, who was the top wrestler in the heavy weight class on his way to a National Title in 2011, now Lehigh adds Darian Cruz to that category. American vs. Lafayette Men's Basketball in Patriot League Tournament
In college hoops, Lafayette was one of four teams in the Patriot League that would play in the first round of the tournament. Fortunately for the Leopards, they would play host to the first round game against American. Lafayette was playing American for the third time this season as they were looking to get the sweep as well as the chance to move on in the tournament.
Mules Brandi Vallely Gets to 1,000 in Win Over Ursinus
A big milestone moment for one of the Muhlenberg womens basketball players as they ride out two straight wins following their first loss of the season. Brandi Valley was at 995 points entering the match against Ursinus and doesn't waste much time to reach the long-awaited mark.
Muhlenberg College Hosts Mercy Field Day
For the third straight year, Muhlenberg College hosted Mercy Field Day for the students at Mercy School for Special Learning. Members of the Muhlenberg track and field team ran this years event, enjoying a number of different activities in the morning with an awards ceremony and dance party in the afternoon. The college has raised over $3,000 for the Mercy School.
Lafayette College Names A New Athletic Director
This year Lafayette hired a new football coach, a new women basketball coach and now adding to the Leopard family is a new Athletic Director. After 10 years as a Senior Associate Athletic Director at Temple University Sherryta Freeman is turning the page to a new chapter in her life.
Profile Story on Moravian College Softball Coach - John Byrne
John Byrne has guided the Moravian College softball program to 786 wins, 3 NCAA DIII World Series appearances and 17 Conference Championships in his first 24 seasons as head coach. Byrne is a 1982 graduate of Moravian and still enjoys being apart of the Greyhound athletic program. Tom Meikrantz recently sat down to chat with John about all he has accomplished so far.
Sit Down Interview with DeSales Men's Basketball Coach - Scott Coval
Our own Jenna Kovalsky got to sit down and talk with Whitehall High School graduate Scott Coval. Coval led his Zephyr team to a State Championship in 1982, then went on to play Division I basketball at William and Mary. In 2015, he reached his 400th win as the head coach for the DeSales men's basketball team. Coval has made such an impact on the court as well as an impact off the court and in his community.
Profile Story on Lehigh's Kahron Ross
Men's Lehigh Basketball's, Kahron Ross worked a lot during his offseason and not just on his game... Over the summer he took a trip to East Asia as part of Athletes in Action. It was a mission trip that he went on, the senior point guard is one of 7 Mountain Hawks to take part over the years. Included in that, CJ McCollum, who called it one of the greatest experiences of his career, and after coming home, Ross said he had that same feeling.
Nick Zambelli Earns CoSIDA Academic All-American First Team
Nick Zambelli finished his junior campaign with 70 tackles, landing third on the greyhound squad, three interceptions, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble. Zambelli a three-year starter, also earned the "C" on his chest as co-captain for the Hounds this fall, but for Zambelli his accolades extend far beyond the football field.
