August is certainly a very busy month in the Lehigh Valley. The IronPigs continue to make a playoff run, Musikfest is taking center stage in Bethlehem and high school football is right around the corner!
While these high school football teams are getting ready for the start of camp to get underway on Monday morning, I had a chance to catch up with a number of the area's coaches, as they get ready for another exciting year on the gridiron.
Simply put, one question was asked; What’s your favorite part of Musikfest? And here is how many chimed in:
Brian Gilbert- Whitehall
The variety of food Musikfest has to offer.
Joe Henrich- Bethlehem Catholic
“Aw Shucks” corn and walking around listening to different music and being with friends.
Tom Falzone- Nazareth
Kevin Ronalds- Palisades
BBQ, watching classic rock concerts and also getting a chance to see some bands from back in the day. Especially when I would take my kids and show them what good music sounds like.
Josh Snyder- Northwestern Lehigh
The food and the music.
Joe Tout- Northern Lehigh
“Aw Shucks” corn and spending time with friends from the Bethlehem area.
